This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User” or “you”) and The Sherbert Company, Inc. (“Sherbert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the SetupTracker mobile application (the “App”).

By installing, accessing, or using the SetupTracker App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sherbert grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SetupTracker App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

SetupTracker collects data to enhance the user experience and improve the functionality of the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may not:

1. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
3. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The SetupTracker App, including all content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Sherbert and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Sherbert disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Sherbert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Sherbert reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Alabama.
